In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

ab88 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility cannot be satisfactorily verified. Winnings generated by ineligible players are subject to forfeiture without compensation.

Each individual may hold only one Account on the ab88 Platform. Creating multiple accounts, whether using the same or different personal details, is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your ab88 Account, whether or not you authorized such activity. To protect your account, you agree to:

ab88 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the payment methods listed on the Platform, which include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Coins.ph, USDT TRC20, and 7-Eleven Cliqq, among others. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Payment methods and minimums are subject to change without prior notice.

All funds deposited into your ab88 Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. You must not deposit funds on behalf of another person, nor may another person deposit funds on your behalf. ab88 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method used.

Deposits are generally credited to your Account immediately upon confirmation by the relevant payment processor. ab88 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers. ab88 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges, which are your responsibility.

Withdrawal requests are processed by ab88 to the payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, or to another verified payment method registered in your name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

ab88 offers a range of promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP program benefits. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

General conditions applicable to all bonuses offered by ab88 include the following:

• Each promotion is available once per eligible player, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless otherwise stated;
• Bonus funds must meet the stated wagering requirement before any portion becomes eligible for withdrawal;

Game outcomes are determined entirely by chance or by the outcome of the physical game event, as applicable, and are not influenced by ab88 or any third party in favor of or against any individual player.

In the event of a technical failure, network disruption, or game malfunction during an active wager, ab88 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the player's Real Money Balance. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised with ab88 support within seven (7) calendar days of the relevant event.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ab88 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes in any game or promotional system;

• Creating or operating multiple accounts, or operating an account on behalf of another person;
• Engaging in chargebacks through your bank or payment provider without first resolving the dispute through ab88's official support channels;
• Using the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion arrangement at ab88 or any other applicable exclusion scheme;
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other players' accounts or ab88's internal systems.

Where ab88 has reasonable grounds to believe a player has engaged in prohibited conduct, ab88 may suspend or close the relevant Account immediately, void all affected bets and bonuses, withhold any associated balances pending investigation, and take such further action as may be appropriate under applicable law.

All content on the ab88 Platform — including but not limited to the ab88 name and logo, game content, graphic design, software architecture, promotional materials, text, and data compilations — is the proprietary property of ab88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works of any Platform content without the prior written consent of ab88. Scraping, data mining, or systematic extraction of Platform data by automated means is strictly prohibited.

The ab88 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ab88 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of any part of the Platform or its games.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ab88's total cumulative liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the date on which the relevant claim arose.

ab88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss or damage arising from use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of winnings due to technical failures, or financial loss arising from decisions made based on information published on the Platform. This limitation does not affect any statutory rights you may have under Philippine consumer protection law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all ab88 Account holders at no charge via the Account settings section:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you may deposit into your Account;
• Loss limits: Cap the net losses you are willing to sustain within a defined time period;
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications following a defined period of continuous play;
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily restrict access to your Account for a period of your choosing, from 24 hours to 30 days;
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your Account if you feel your gambling has become harmful.

Once a self-exclusion is in place, ab88 will make reasonable efforts to ensure that no marketing communications are directed to the excluded player and that the Account cannot be reopened during the exclusion period without satisfying a cooling-off requirement.

• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following request;

Where an Account is closed by ab88 due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance — including deposited funds — may be forfeited in whole or in part, subject to the severity of the breach and applicable legal requirements. Where an Account is closed for reasons unrelated to player fault (e.g., voluntary closure or regulatory requirement), the remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method subject to completion of KYC requirements.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with applicable law.

ab88 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ab88 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to affected players via email, in-platform notification, or by publishing a revised version of these Terms on the Platform with an updated effective date.

Your continued use of the ab88 Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may close your Account by contacting ab88 support. ab88 recommends that you review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
